An operator I called here made me an appointment that doesn't exist, yesterday I called this place saying that I have an ear infection and I would like to be seen by Dr Bernstein and they scheduled me for a next day appointment. They gave me the address date and time, when I got there they told me I have no appointment today and in fact an appointment was made for me that I never even heard about in a location I never requested, I had no information about the appointment that exists tomorrow until I came here.
