He explain everything in terms that I could understand. He then took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt hurried or rushed.
He was professional and answered my questions. He did say I would get the procedure scheduled that day or the next and it is still not scheduled.
Dr Burkland was very caring & answered all of my questions in our initial meeting. He scheduled my surgery the following week ( not 3 months later like most surgeons). As I was being prepped at the hospital, every nurse & other Drs I saw told me Dr Burkland was a phenomenal heart surgeon, & I had made an excellent choice in choosing him. The follow up at his clinic for my new pacemaker has been excellent. His PA & the reps from the pacemaker company have handled my special circumstances very professionally. Bedside manners are great, however, his professionalism, knowledge and sincere caring for his patient is just awesome
