Among other incompetencies, numerous calls and 3 months later, I still have no medicine. Doctor is good, old forgetful front desk lady handling documents is not. My prescription was backordered by Publix so I called the doctor to change pharmacy. It took them 30 mins and 3 separate calls to locate a Walgreen near my house. Don't trust this doctor - he is more concern with getting your copay then knowing how to diagnose your illness appropriately. He will not call you to review your lab report even if there is a problem. He is more concern about your height and weight than wanting to understand more about your illness problem. He will takes his time in the office going through your basis vitals and by the time he is done he considers your visit is over. You will not get professional service from him. Best doctor in Orlando. Been seeing him for over 25 years. I wish I could give him more stars. He's kind, caring and always available if you need him. I can't say enough good things about him. Don't pay attention to the one star review. Dr Bui probably wouldn't prescribe them the medication they went in for and they got disgruntled... Thank you for the many years of amazing medical care and knowledge, Dr Bui! You've been there for me through everything, good and bad and I appreciate you!
