I’ve never left a negative review about a physician but Dr Cohen is easily the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. In addition his lack of knowledge regarding the possible negative impact of long term use of PPIs is astounding for a GI doctor.
I was very nervous getting trigger finger surgery while not being under general anesthesia. I previously did not have a good experience using Novocain for a left ear surgery. It was quite painful, upsetting & would never return or recommend this ENT.Upon entering the office & meeting with assistance from Roberta. Dr. Skoff was able to offer reasons for my symptoms. He spent all the time needed to explain all my options. I consider him to be an exceptional doctor.
I attempted to make an appointment because I heard great things about the doctor. The secretary began to tell me that the doctor does not work for free and that she needed my credit card on file in case I did not pay my bill. She was very, very rude. I am not sure if it is because I have a foreign accent, but she proceeded to tell me how some people do not pay their bills. Mind you, I have very good insurance. I finally gave up. The doctor may be very good but his secretary is condescending and rude.
Dr. Skoff is extremely rude and has no respect for his patients. Upon meeting Dr Skoff, he without consent ripped my hat off my head and put a second mask on my face. Furthermore, while talking with Dr. Skoff about my condition and previous medical visits, he was extremely rude. He was not patient and got irritated when I had trouble recalling the specific dates of previous medical visits. Overall Dr. Skoff is an extremely unprofessional and rude doctor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Extraordinary clinician with exceptional knowledge of surgical options. Dr. Skoff explained problems with wrist issues and spent lots of time educating me. He is the only hand surgeon I would trust. Strong recommendation!
Covid superspreader..He made his patients reuse his one n95 mask and gave 2 little squirts of Lysol in between. I observed this during 3 visits and was a victim the first 2 times but had to fight for a clean mask during my third visit. He admitted he was not vaccinated because of a condition he has.
I went to Dr. Skoff for several conditions, including carpal tunnel, arthritis, and injured tendons. The first two were resolved by injections and have never returned, the third by PT, and also fully resolved. I have recommended him to others with great results.
The staff is downright rude and mean, will never go back.
