Do not go see Dr Brown. He'll stay 5 minutes at the most with you. He'll send you for testing and labs that you don't need. His services and recommendations are not in the best interest of his patients. It's more for his patients to go back time after time for he could rack up the money for his office.

The rudest receptionist I've ever spoken to in my entire life. I understand that Santa Fe has a drought of qualified workers, but I was honestly shocked by the way I was treated on the phone. I called in with a simple question and I was met with skepticism, hostility and rudeness.

After playing phone tag for a new referral for 2 weeks, (they do not answer when you call), they finally called back while I was on the other line… Asking politely to please call back on my wife’s line and expressing the importance of my appointment, the employee was very rude and told me she had other patients to call and we’d just have to call and leave another message - this time with my wife’s number… As usual, poor service seems to be the MO here in NM!
