We are very happy with the service we received from David Brown on the purchase and installation of our new A/C unit. They were prompt, efficient and very tidy with their work. David is great, he sent out his worker Craig, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue.Also, he informed me of future potential issues, and he did not overcharge. Would recommend him to a friend for sure.!
Prompt and expert service to fix malfunctioning Air Conditioner . Got it running in no time at all. I highly recommend David . Don’t hesitate, call him .
Initial contact with David was great. In fact, he provided some good (free) advice over the phone about a whole home dehumidifier. I asked him for a service call to evaluate the home and make recommendations. That's where things went wrong and the reason for a 3-star review. I never heard back from him. I refuse to chase people to give them money which I have worked hard to earn. No idea what happened but unprofessional at the very least.
