Worst dental office I’ve ever been to. I wish I could give zero stars. I went in for a root canal and explained that I have significant dental anxiety. Instead of being understanding, the dentist was rude, dismissive, and condescending. After discussing my anxiety, I was told he wouldn’t perform the root canal that day and that I would need to be medicated first. I left feeling judged rather than supported. Unwelcome vibe from David’s secretary. There are countless other choices.
Dr. Browdy is great very passionate and gentle. He was kind, friendly and has a great choice in music for relaxation. 100% recommend.
Terrible service
No phones in the waiting room, so I had to sit there for almost 2 hours only to tell me that I have to come back. Repeatedly cancel my appointments. Then I finally get to see someone and they tell me they can't help me, because I waited too long and my tooth rotted past the point of repair..I had to get it pulled.
