Worst place to have an appointment. I had a 12:30pm appointment for a follow up ultrasound and its 1:45 pm an and still waiting. Staff never know whats going on. They cant even get patients names right, thst just to show you. I probably would be better off going to the free clinic.

Worst place ever. The nurses are so rude and impersonal ,I'm having a girl and they kept calling mybaby a boy and "it". They don't offer water and don't have a vending machine. Wait time was over 2 hours with an appt. List goes on and on about the unprofessionalism of this location. If you can make it up to PGA location, its a million times more friendly. I will never ever go back to boynton location.

I set up an appointment for a checkup per advice from a co-worker. Only after I'm in the dentist chair does the receptionist bother to ask if my insurance is PPO or HMO. Since I had HMO and they don't take it, I'm quickly out of the chair and back to square one. Thanks for wasting my time!!

They do mistakes and don't even take any responsibility for that. Some of the registered nurses are mean. I am giving 2 stars only because not all of the nurses are like that.
