They do not return calls. On three occasions I was told Joe would call me with a quote and I never received that call. Very poor way to treat a customer.

Many times we get tied up on current projects and like to put time into preparing new proposals but get behind on calling clients back. This is something we understand and are working on improving. We have called Mr. ******and submitted a proposal to him. We apologized for our delay.
