We have had the chance of working with both David and Katie. They are great, knowledgeable and very patient. We moved my mother here from California. Her Trust made years before in California needed revamping. David was very patient and caring with her (she was 94 at the time) to make sure she understood all the facets involved before she signed. Provided our living trust and will. Katie was very knowledgeable with the does and do nots. Our first meeting provided her with the answers as to how we wanted the documents to read. She took the dated provided and had us come in two weeks later to review. Some corrections' where made and then we came back and reviewed the documents. They were written the way we wanted and completed. I was very impressed with the David Bindrup Law Firm. I had an old trust that needed to be rewritten since my husband passed away. It was a non revocable trust which could have been a nightmare to redo but David and Katie handled it with ease and charged me a reasonable fee to do so..I highly recommend them for your trust work. They will deliver a concise document that does not contain any pages of unnecessary boiler plate lingo.
