I requested my appointment be scheduled in the Dublin office. I arrived at the Dublin office 30 minutes early to find out it was at another location (the email appointment confirmation did not give the address of the appointment. I asked the scheduler if I had time to drive to the location on State Street. She said yes. As I was pulling off the exit to State Street (still 7 minutes before my appointment time), a scheduler called and said Dr. Bichsel personally said I would need to reschedule.
