Not a Good Experience at all. Still trying to get them to correct the coding for My insurance. I go in for a wellness new patient and Dr. Bereda notices some skin issues on My head and refers Me to a dermatologist and then codes My insurance as the reason for the visit as a skin issue ( Insurance Denied). Called billing waited a week and get a call that They say it was coded correctly. The billing specialist looks at the notes and says this is clearly a wellness visit. Worst service I've ever had. Do not listen to your concerns. Never again.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bereda for almost a year since moving to the area. He has been exceptionally good at handling my elderly mother’s multiple health conditions which I’m sure is complicated with a new patient. She recently went to visit family in another state and had to be hospitalized there with some emergency health thing. Thankful she’s on her way home now. His office called several times to check on her and get medical information so that they can give her the best care possible when she returns home. ... read more
