I waited 35 minutes, after my scheduled appointment time, to be seen first by the eye tech. After that portion of the visit, my doctor came with almost no wait, to further exam me. No explanation or notification upon checking in that I would have an extended wait time The management of this practice must do better.
Efficiently run office, absolutely great staff, have never had a bad experience--- AND Dr. B is terrific-great bedside manner. Spends time without making you feel rushed. Explains his plan of care and reasoning behind his decisions. An excellent clinician.
