These people are a bunch of circus clowns. The receptionist, "May," decided it would be fun to schedule me for the WRONG TIME and the WRONG DOCTOR, and also blatantly lie to me saying I could get a test done. I had to explain what multiple amateur-level words meant, including but not limited to, "rationale," and "necessity."
