Dave is as good a realtor as you can find. Great guy personality-wise. Lots of experience, attention to detail, a hard worker and, most of all, a great communicator. He cuts through all the red tape. I have used him for multiple real estate transactions, where he has navigated me through some tricky situations like a pro. I highly recommend his services. He should be your first call.
