I wish I knew the waitress's name. I've been there three times and all three times she's been there. She has the best service I have seen in a long time. She does her job very well and takes it seriously. She has a smile and hl professional.. It's unfair that I'm only giving them four stars because on the food because I do not like catfish however, I had the seafood platter and it was fantastic! I highly recommend this tradition of Bossier City check it out for yourself and let me know what you think
Catfish and shrimp was not seasoned at all. Beans had no flavor at all. Catfish was not cooked long enough. Spent 40.00 got a to go carton and threw away when I got home. Last time that will happen. .
The food is always delicious and the service is always great. One of my all time favorite places to eat.
