Terrible Realtor. Poor negotiation skills. Couldn't get anything under contract for us as buyers. We followed his recommendations on what to offer and how to structure the offer. We chose another realtor and had something under contract with our FIRST offer. I would not recommend.
David is fantastic! He was so patient with us, showing so many different houses, asking us what our needs and wants are. We found the right one! I highly recommend David Beach!
