After 36 years with another insurance company, it took some time to make the transition to Allstate but working with Ladd Boris in the transition phase made the process much easier than I expected. Now it is time to build the trust and so far, the experience dealing with everyone in the Allstate office has been fantastic. Adding a new vehicle to the policy and dropping one vehicle was seamless.

I’ve received multiple home insurance quote letters from this agency over the years with very attractive prices. When I called to proceed, the actual quote was about 70% higher than what was offered in the mail. The coverage differences between the mailed quote and the actual quote were less than 10%, so the large price increase wasn’t explained by coverage changes. These mailers feel like bait-and-switch marketing. I’d recommend verifying everything carefully before trusting these quotes.
