I had appointment with them 2 weeks ago. The lady at the desk to the right was rude. I gave her my Insurance card that had all the information I needed. She Said she didn't have my Medicare ID # and I had to call my primary doctor to get it which the #s were same on the card. So gave her the my Medicare #s then she asked to do covid temperature forehead test. I had her do it the machine beeped and si I pulled my head away it didn't registered the temp so she asked me to do it again. Same thing happened and she closed the win... read more
