This was the worse experience I have ever had. They sent me to there old location and when I arrived the front desk blamed me. I had to wait for the next available appointment although it was there fault. The front desk was unapologetic and rude. I had a sinus infection that I was told was an ear infection. They did X-rays of my hip and 3 weeks later still haven’t called me with the results. I have called numerous times and been hung up on as well as left messages with no call back. Came in for a RX refill, he insisted he couldn't refill because they sent it to the pharmacy already, I said no I've called twice to see if they could do that and said I'd need an appointment for the refill. He said no there was a refill plus one more. He ended up calling Walgreens and found that they never did refill it just like I said. He wrote a one month refill and said he wouldn't write any more months and to just come back next month, for a 120 dollar visit this was absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Baez is a smart, caring, efficient medical professional. He is a very good diagnostitian. He knows what tests are needed and treats accordingly. I don't have to wait in this office for hours. All the staff are well trained. I recommend Rocky Mountain Internet Medicine to all my friends. Especially since every modality is there, lab, Xray, sleep study, Scans, etc. You don't have to go all town to get tests.
