Got sued for a radiology hospice bill that was not mine that came from a title agent when refinancing my mortgage that had a similar name as mine. I specifically signed an affidavit that this judgement was not mine but the lenders and title companies closed down leaving me to forfeit both my homes. After I reported the individuals the loan officer who was using a phony website appeared to have vanished.
Sent an email regarding an insurance bill. Never received a response back. This is so unprofessional. After working at a law firm for some time and knowing procedures, this office is extremely unprofessional and they only worry about their own pockets. This is so sad.
