Everyone involved from security, to registration, to nursing staff, to presurgery information were great. A special thank you to Dr. Renton who took time to evaluate my situation and suggesting that I video tape him explaining to my husband where the gallstone is and how it will be removed, etc. He has a wonderful "bedside manner" and is so very easy to talk with. I have confidence that my gallbladder surgery will be handled with care and efficiency.
Dr. Renton discusses procedures in an easily understood manner. All staff with whom I came in contact with were friendly and professional. Easy!
Staff was very efficient and a bit friendly. Felt a bit rushed and overwhelmed. Dr Renton was pleasant and I knew he was extremely busy . All business and very professional. Was recommended highly by my pulmonologist.
