Dr. Powers was most unprofessional. He led us on that he would do the septo- rhinoplaty for my son for multiple months requiring multiple pre-surgery visits and an infection removal be done first. Then, after having scheduled the surgery, two weeks before the surgery he notified us (through his nurse, not directly) that he "did not want to do the surgery" and that we would have to find another surgeon.
