Dr Mann and all his staff were caring and very personable and attentive. This was my husband’s first appointment with Dr Mann and it went very well. There was very little wait time before he was seen and Dr Mann spent time talking with both of us. He did a simple procedure in the office that gave him the information we were both anxious to know. I wound highly recommend Dr Mann. He is a caring and knowledgeable physician .
Dr. Mann did a delicate oral surgery and has followed me since for a pre=cancerous condition and he is the best! He always listens, does an exam, and offers any explanation needed. Excellent surgery and excellent care.
I was a new patient referred by my doctor due to throat issues. I live 30 minutes (28 miles) away and was not familiar with the location of his office so I arrived 20 minutes early….except, as luck would have it, google map took me to the wrong office. I called UNC ENT office twice and got voicemail. I left a messages …no call back. I finally ask a pedestrian and they knew where I needed to go. Dr. Mann is great! I visited him on a consult with concerns about a deviated septum and he put my mind at ease. He was friendly, answered all on my questions, and his medical knowledge is unparalleled! He even took the time to ask about my family and work. Hands down recommend him to anyone
I was not very impressed with Dr. Mann. He really did not pay attention to my medical issues and seemed to be following a standard script for allergies, which I do not have. He completely ignored the problem I am having with my ear and classified my Sinus problem as an allergy recommending Sinus rinses and nasal sprays, which I have already been through with my allergist. Absolutely wasted $400 in seeing this doctor. If you want to see an ENT, you may want to consider another one.
