Everyone is always nice and efficient
The staff is very caring and they listen and note everything you say. Dr kaplansky uses an AI assistant for note taking so he can look at you and truly listen and engage in your appointment. I truly felt heard and cared for at my appointment. I would recommend seeing him to anyone who needed a referral!
