My first meeting with this doctor he was arrogant and confrontational. I started to explain the experience I had with a previous ENT and he accused me of trying to blame him and said I had an attitude. I should have walked out of the office at that point but I didn't. I followed through with my next appointment but I will not see this doctor again.

I wish I had looked at Google reviews before visiting this doctor. I left his office today sobbing because of the difficult interaction I had with him. Similar to other reviews, he didn’t take the time to understand why I was there. He wanted me to just give one specific reason so he could figure out how to bill insurance. Except he MISQUOTED THE MEDICAL HISTORY I HAD TOLD HIM MOMENTS BEFORE! -wh... read more

I visited Biltmore for E.N.T. very mild tennitus. Dr. Bowne advised me that if I allowed him to perform surgery on my nose that the tennitus would go away. After surgery I still experience tennitus and now I have problems detecting odors. I don't believe this surgery was necessary and allowing Dr. Bowne to operate on me was the biggest mistake of my life.
