I highly recommend David and Associates. I used Everhart for a complicated death claim. He fought for my rights and I appreciate him. If you get hurt call them asap.
My case has been ongoing for four years. No one botheres to call you back. You get transferred to other associates that don’t bother to call you. Three parallels and then another attorney while walking into a deposition unprepared with an attorney who you have not met. Four years and I realize I’m an after thought. They just want to get paid. If I could give zero stars I would! I would never have hired them if I knew they didn’t care. I would never recommend them to anyone else!
