They promise so much when you are looking at the office space then when you get the lease to sign they change everything on it and remove items they promised. Asked several times when looking at the office space if the room size is actually the square footage quoted and they tell you it was professionally measured. Then when you negotiate the price based on what you believe the actual room size is and what was promised when you view the office space.
