6/26/2025 I had Aquablation procedure with Dr Aronoff on May 20,2025 , was skeptical on procedure but I had 4 options & I chose this one , I would recommend this surgery for anybody who has a urinary or prostate issue. I have no complaints whatsoever. The doctor was very professional and after surgery I hurt very little. I didn’t even need pain medication. No signage on Racetrack Road and building shut down at 39 degrees. Left word on voicemail for a call back and no response. Very unprofessional.
When my child was released from the nicu we were sent to Dr Aronoff. We followed up with him and had tests he ordered. My child was out of the nicu for 3 weeks before being admitted to the PICU again. When we were admitted on a Sunday Night Monday AM around midnight for emergency surgery after my infant coded and almost died, we told the nurses that we would be missing a urology appointment that day due to all of this. While we were vacationing in Destin, Florida on January 6, my wife developed a kidney stone of a witch. It was too large to pass. (4x9mm) We currently live in northern Arkansas and had to leave for other appointments on Friday, January 10 Dr. aronoff Could not see us for two weeks. My wife was an absolute agony in the Fort Walton./ Destin Said there was nothing they could do. So they recess from the hospital saying there was nothing they could do very disappointing service!
