David Anthony installed out furnace in 2008. We never had a problem. All of a sudden, the thermostat would say "heat on" but the furnace was not working. Unfortunately, I went to Home Depot for advice. They recommended a company and had the company contact me. They came out the next day. $1100 later I still had no heat.
