I have been with David Allin and his team for the past 20 years since I was 14 and got my first car. They have always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful every single time I have contacted them. Through many moves, vehicle purchases, vehicle write offs, and home policy claims, I have always felt supported. They have alleviated a lot of stress with their support. I always recommend this team to my friends when they talk about wanting to switch providers.
I initially purchased insurance with Desjardins handled through Kia, who was extremely helpful and efficient. Recently, I changed vehicles and, after informing Kia of the new details, everything was transferred and confirmed within hours. It was simple and hassle-free; everything was taken care of. Plus, the insurance was much cheaper than all the other quotes I received from different insurers. I highly recommend Desjardins and shout out to Kia.
This crew is exceptionally polite and welcoming. I was in the lobby waiting for my parents who were receiving excellent service, and while I was waiting, everyone from the receptionist to the manager were incredibly kind and assistive, and still professional when taking calls and helping others. Overall I was impressed by the customer service!
