Working with David was a mostly great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and was always quick to respond to our questions, which I appreciated. There were a couple of moments where communication could have been a bit clearer, especially during the negotiation process. However, David more than made up for it by being proactive in resolving any issues that came up and really made a great effort in following up with things needed to be done.
