Working with David was a mostly great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and was always quick to respond to our questions, which I appreciated. There were a couple of moments where communication could have been a bit clearer, especially during the negotiation process. However, David more than made up for it by being proactive in resolving any issues that came up and really made a great effort in following up with things needed to be done. David is an amazing real estate agent! He was the listing agent for the townhouse we're renting. he was incredibly helpful guiding us every step of the way thorough out the application process.
