I was a new patient attempting to schedule an emergency appointment with Dr. Adler. I was in obvious pain and have been for days. When I arrived, I was greeted by the rudest receptionist, who absolutely should not be the first person you see upon entering any establishment. I was on time; however, when I arrived, I was informed that I should have been there earlier so that I could fill out the paperwork, and therefore, the doctor could no longer see me.
