Due to a complete lack of clear communication I canceled my appointment with Dr. Tendler/Durham Gastroenterology. I had a colonoscopy 10 years ago here and all went very well. Now - if you attempt to call you will go thru endless menus and ultimately NEVER be able to speak to a human. When you leave a message you are informed that you will receive a response within 48 hours!! Dr. Tendler, You are wonderful!!! You took care of my problem very well. You listen to your patients, you don't talk "through them" nor "over them" but "to them". Your bedside manner is impeccable!! You are the best!!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Tendler. He takes a genuine interest in me and progress to getting better. He's always been upfront and honest with any questions or concerns I may have. The time spent in the appointment is always educational and somewhat of a relief to know where I honestly stand health wise.
