Dr and office drag their feet when responding to Mychart communications. I have had issues with meds and trying to get a timely response has been like pulling teeth. He’s probably pretty good in the cath lab but not so much with medical management
I would highly recommend Dr. Sutter. He was kind, took my concerns seriously, ordered the least invasive tests possible, and communicated in a straightforward manner. He was not intimidating or arrogant. I liked the fact that he sat beside me to actually talk to me in my street clothes as a fellow human being rather than having me on the exam table. I also witnessed him training a resident, and he seemed to be good as a teacher as well.
