After angiogram, Dr Spiegel did not explain my overall condition and options for treatment. Did not answer my questions. Seemed irritated by questions instead of trying to be helpful and explain things.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Spiegel for years and should have left a 5 star review long before this. He is knowledgeable and able to explain what’s going on with my heart in layman’s terms. Above all….you are NOT just a number to him or a page on a computer screen that he has to look at to remember who you are. I’d have a beer and a greasy cheeseburger with him any time but he would probably chastise me……in a very nice way. His staff does a top notch job as well. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
I would never recommend Dr. Spiegel to anyone. My 2 appointments i had with him he was 30-45 min late. He dint spend more than 2 min with me, and after having a heart attack i had a lot of questions. He listened to my heart and then walked me out of the office. He ordered a stress test, and when i showed up he said that it wasn't necessary. The last straw with his office is him constantly billing me for items that insurance has already paid. He has double billed me $3500.
Wonderful experience with Dr. Spiegel. Vast knowledge and fantastic bedside manner, he understands that healing is not only physical. He and his staff are outstanding.
Dr Spiegel and his staff are everything you want dealing with any medical situation: professional, human and know what they are talking about. Dr Spiegel is the kind of guy you want to go have a beer with and still buy a car from.
I was in town for my daughters wedding and had an episode of chest pain. Having previous heart problems i was admitted under the care of Dr. Spiegel. What an experience not only wonderful bed side manners Dr. Spiegel was professional and above all knowlegable of his practice of caridiology and when in doubt not afraid to ask peers for assistance and opinions.
