My experience was very pleasant. Great treatment plan that worked quickly and effectively without shots! No waiting in the office easy easy out, I love it
A receptionist named Pam was very rude and disrespectful when she answered the phone. Over talked me, was very condescending and talked down to me. I was very respectful in giving my information as a new patient and trying to make an appointment thru referral cause I'm in alot of pain and she raised her voice and hung up in my face unprovoked.
Feels like you are talking to a friend not a doctor. Now my wife is under his care . You rock Doc
They did it again! Dr. Simonson and his team got my son in for same day treatment on an emergent cut infection... they likely saved our very expensive Bahamas fishing trip that has been planned for a year. This isn't the first time the team has gotten us in quickly for a foot issue. THANK YOU!
