In May, this is a place I chose to do my vasectomy. It is the end of September and I still experience pain and swelling from it daily. The procedure was done on Friday by Monday I know something was wrong as I had swelling over the size of a grapefruit. The doctor was unavailable until the following week. I was recommended to go to urgent care or the ER if I felt there was complications. All my communications were from office staff.
