Dr. Shaye came very highly recommended by our ENT after our daughter's nose was broken at work. Dr. Shaye was well worth the 2+ hour drive (each direction) over the course of multiple visits. He was very thorough discussing the pros and cons of the procedure with us prior to surgery, has an outstanding support staff, and he has an wonderful, professional bedside manner. Dr. Shaye did an excellent job surgically repairing my child's nose. Highly recommend!!
Dr. Shaye was able to squeeze my son in to help with my son's ear seroma. A very stressful time for us and Dr. Shaye and his staff helped and dealt with our stress. Very thankful for his help and guidance.
I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had in Dr. Shaye's hands. Before and after my surgery he was always very caring and concerned. The result of his care is beyond what I was hoping for. I couldn't believe how thoughtful he was and talented. I couldn't be happier.
Dr. Shaye spends the time to explain the procedures to you and answers all your questions with patience and respect.
Dr. Shaye checks every box that you want as a patient. He has an excellent bedside manner and really takes the time to listen and understand the result you’re looking to achieve. He communicates very clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable and have realistic expectations before scheduling your procedure. As a surgeon, he’s world class but you would never know that as he’s very humble and friendly. I’m pleased with my surgical outcome and couldn’t recommend Dr. Shaye highly enough.
I had a pretty significant accident where my nose, mouth, jaw were significantly damaged. Dr Shaye and his office made it a priority to schedule surgical procedures to my nose and mouth in the most expedient manner to secure a postive long term outcome. I would add that Dr Shaye is a volunteer with Doctor's Without Borders and even as his scheduled service was posing a constraint to my own work, he made my need a priority. MEEI and Boston are blessed to have this doctor on staff.
Dr. Shaye performed a surgery on our 3 year old daughter, and was so kind, attentive to our worry, and thoughtful. Our daughter is doing great. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Shaye to any family member or friend.
I am forever grateful to Dr. Shaye for taking incredible care of my daughter! He has such an excellent bedside manner. His wonderful office staff at MEEI was great at communication and helped me quickly schedule surgery for her. She healed so beautifully -- I can barely even see a scar. I always recommend Dr. Shaye to my friends and family members. He is the best of the best, and we are lucky to be in his amazing care.
