I was referred to Dr. Shaye for a deviated nasal septum. Upon thorough examination, it was determined that I needed a septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and turbinate reduction. The surgery went well, and I noticed a big improvement in my breathing immediately after the surgery. One week post-surgery, the splints were removed, which was a massive leap toward permanently better breathing. I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Shaye and the team at Mass Eye and Ear enough. I was so nervous about getting a rhinoplasty and fixing my deviated septum, but Dr. Shaye was so incredibly kind and patient from the start. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer every single question I had, which made me feel so much more confident. I don't know where the positive reviews are coming from. he botched my rhinoplasty. I have more sinus problems than ever and my nose is currently truly misshapen. I would never let him touch my face again.
