Posting this review for my wife. The nurse had a smart attitude the whole visit. Dr. Scott spent about 5 minutes with her and didn't want to listen to her medical history. Which was very relevant to whats going on. Several smart comments later from Dr.Scott and nurse. She left in tears. Without any answers. 3 doctors later and no answers not even an idea of whats going on. Other than her leg hurts. She truly felt like a number. And wouldn't refer a guinea pig to this practice. Respect is not a given it is earned.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Scott. He was professional, pleasant, asked questions and listened to my concerns. I would recommend him based on my experience today.
I got a call from Dr Scotts receptionist today to say they're canceling my new patient appointment Monday because I was seen previously at VCU and they think VCU can help me more. I told them I havent seen VCU for ortho stuff in 2+ years, wasnt happy with the care I had then, dont want to see or talk to VCU again, and that my Riverside primary Dr referred me to them. 1st visit was ok. 2nd visit,he kept rushing me to answers questions,cut me off mid sentence and was rude when I mentioned another issue,as if it was made up. He finally looked in my chart and saw what I was talking about. Was told options were PT and then MRI and follow up with him. When I said I wanted to been by someone else at wmbg office,the nurse made a rude comment about not scheduling my PT. My experience with Dr. David was horrible. He was so rude. I was sent to him from one of my current doctor for a fusion which in his opinion he stated that " If I was your family member I wouldn't suggest this because it can cause more mobility issues. Which there nothing wrong with a second opinion but he begin rolling his eyes and questioning what my other doctor considered isn't good.
