I found out about this dr through one of my sister's, she told me that I should go there because I was looking for a dr and she told me good things about them,so I did my appointment and I been coming,they are friendly, attentive ,and dr listen to my concerns, I am happy to come
Dr. Ramos came recommend by an amazing doctor and it was a great decision. Dr. Ramos is amazing and very patient as well as takes his time to explain what is going on. I recently called billing and spoke with Sarah Diaz who is amazing and knows her job well. She also fixed a scheduling error that I didn't even know about and I would have shown up a week later and Im sure they would have been quick to charge no show fee. They seriously need to get better staff I want to see the doctor last Friday and still waiting for a referral a week later I need to see a doctor now not 2 months from now every appointment you make they give it to you for 2 months later
