This is my own personal experience. Dragged out a simple divorce with continuous after continuous. Settled February 2025. Case was opened in January 2024. Lacked communication. Advised client to NOT follow a legal court ordered document. Court ordered 50/50 childcare and advised client to pay half of 2 days a week only.
