I had a vasectomy performed by Dr. Kagey. Everything went as well as expected. I followed his direction and had no issues.
I have been seeing Dr. Kagey for around 10 years now. I have never had any problems. He takes the time to listen to my questions, he explains everything well. I have had 4 procedures and every one of them has done well with no issues.
I am the person with the recurred hydrocele. It is still with me, because it is an elective surgery, and those got shut down during parts of COVID. I am seeing a different surgeon now, and waiting on scheduling. I'm awake now, at 3am, because the arrogance of Kagey, and his refusal to step back and take a look, are responsible for the swelling that is uncomfortable enough to keep me awake. I have been going to Dr Kagey for years. His staff is always so wonderful, and i love his nurse. Dr Kagey listens, adresses my concerns, and answers my questions. He is a straight shooter and does not beat around the bush. He gets to the point, and i loke that.
Dr Kagey did not address my concerns. Blew through my appointment and just left the room. The front desk secretary said when do you come back I said I have no idea I was not given this information. I do not recommend
He is the most incompetent doctor, rude, condescending attitude, and worthless urologist.
I found Dr. Kagey to be professional, knowledgeable, personable, and sympathetic to my pain/symptoms. When I had some post-op issues a couple of weeks out, he saw me right away (same morning!). I would (and will) go back.
I have been going to Dr Kagey for many years, through prostate cancer and scar tissue from radiation. He has always treated me with respect and when issues came up he saw me immediately. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities. I rate him a 5 star doctor.
I will not go back to this doctor. I went to him for a kidney stone two years ago. He was such a jerk--but I though maybe he was just having a bad year. Another stone returned recently, and I couldn't get a referral from another doc fast enough, so I went back to Kagey. Even took my wife with me to see if I was imagining things.
