Dr. Garcia is amazing. I came in to get penis enhancement! I didn’t need it but wow! Threw things over the top! He used Botox to make it longer, blood serum to make it thicker and he used cord blood stem cells to make more blood flow! Just WOW- Wife over the top! He’s gifted!
