Staff/receptionist called to cancel appointment (mid November) in 4 days from today, although she/they had been made aware that I have a severe eye problem and I needed to see Dr Faris very soon (I scheduled this appointment 3 months ago). The soonest they could reschedule me would be next February! 4 months later!! When I asked if they could reschedule me sooner due to my problem, the girl became very nasty and impolite. Doctor cancelled my scheduled appointment informing me that he no longer threats my condition. Referred me to a physician who practices PLASTIC SURGERY!!!! Very disappointed.
