He really took the time in the beginning to setup a winning strategy to maximize the tax advantages available to us that other accountants were letting go.

They are knowledge in the space, know how to proactively work with their clients, and even offer outsourcing services for lenders and small businesses who do not want to hire an in house CFO. Derrick Foote is the worst. If you don't use ABS software he will delay your reporting. He doesn't understand trust accounting. Stay away.
