Mr Dancu will charge you for EVERYTHING. He charged for 3 hours for "reviewing" our case yet still knew nothing about it and had to ask many questions that he should have know if he REALLY spent 3 hours reviewing the case. When he decides that HE wants to take a vacation, YOU will be charged for HIS decision to take time off. What I mean by this is that he will file with the court his notice of unavailability and YOU are charged for that file. He also will charge you the attorney rate for work that his paralegal did.
