He has delivered all 4 of my children, has been my doctor for over 10 years, has helped me through 2 miscarriages and other obgyn related issues. He is very professional yet compassionate, he has a great bedside manner and his staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Down to earth doctor that realizes adults are of free will. He makes very knowledgeable recommendations and writes prescriptions, but doesn’t preach.
He was rushed; had no bedside manner. Was condescending, bordering on rude. I left feeling invalidated and in pain. This is not a person that should be working with women in 2024. This may have been standard behavior in the 1970s, but the world has changed and this Dr. has not. He gave me the option of stopping a very painful procedure, while at the same time, bullied me to finish it. I asked him to stop and he did not hide his frustration. I was crying in pain on the table and he had NO kind words for me.
Dr. Olson has been the family doctor for my parent for many years. She felt for years, especially for the last two years, that he wasn’t listening to her health concerns (but kept seeing him because she trusted him). She finally saw a specialist that easily identified medical issues and was livid that a physician could’ve overlooked them. She was immediately hospitalized due to high risk of stroke. From the first appointment onward, Dr. Amsbury provided thorough information, options and excellent care. My own Primary Care Practitioner recommended him to me and I see why! His staff and the staff at Trinity were all excellent! I highly recommend them all.
Dr. Amsbury did a recent surgical procedure on me. Pre-op care was very good and the surgery went smoothly. Aftercare instructions were clear. The whole team at Trinity did a great job!
I am an Utah citizen and had a major health scare a few weeks ago. When I couldn’t get into any doctors in my own state, my sister who is living in the Minot area, reached out to Dr. Amsbury and told him my situation. He immediately took action. He gave me a call, answered all of my questions, discussed my concerns, and then set up all of my appointments and surgery within just a couple of days! It was amazing! Exceptionally caring doctor who really knows his job. He explained everything in detail, gave me additional resources to learn more about my condition and was generally on top of things. I cannot recomendable him enough
