I feel like I paid someone to ruin my hair. I got the opposite of what I wanted. I asked for layers and side bangs …. the lady who cut my hair glanced at the reference picture for less than a second I wouldn’t even be upset that it was so short if I had received the cut I wanted however I felt like she just cut and styled my hair the same way she had hers. Incredibly disappointed in my visit at this hair salon today. I called to make an appointment and the girl who answered told me to just come in whenever. I showed up 30 minutes later and she starts on my hair. She sprayed my hair with water and then cut it, which is normal. After she cut it, she asks me if I want her to blow dry it?
