I went here a couple times and if I even had an issue I would bring it up politely but they love saying you can go somewhere else. This last time I went for a refill I asked about the price before she started because I’m going off the prices they have on the sign but it felt like she kept raising the price for no reason. I was just asking and she said she always tells the price before she starts and I told her that she doesn’t that I had to ask every time. Do not go here! I am writing to express my frustration regarding the consistently poor service I have experienced. A year ago, I was turned away after waiting for 40 minutes, and upon my return a year later, I faced the same situation. What puzzles me is the presence of a sign-in sheet—staff looked directly at me yet failed to mention the reduced hours. I am extremely disappointed and feel compelled to escalate this issue further. Staff very friendly. Understaffed so had to wait awhile. They did very well on what I asked for.
Came here with my nieces (8 and 9) to get their nails painted and they charged me $70 each. They did not communicate up front that they will charge me adult prices for two kids who have tiny nails. All other Walmart places I have been to charge $7 - $10 for kids. Scammed.
Walked in had no wait time. Vicki did my nails brought in a picture of what I wanted and she did phenomenal. Took her time making sure my nails looked amazing very happy with the outcome and pricing very amazing price!
